Gold Canyon Golf Club
The Gold Canyon Golf Club located near Lamphun, one hour away from Chiang Mai, is now a full 18 hole course and hotel facility perfect for golfers who prefer the wild scenery and don't mind spending a few hours in a very beautiful environment.
Golfers will have to overcome the trees around 5 of the holes, either by lofting over them, or around them, or simply risk trying to pass the ball through the branches, possible now but unlikely in the future when the trees blossom and grow.
Having said that, the front nine could be considered relatively easy by advanced golfers. With the back nine holes it's another story. The back nine offer tighter and thicker grass areas, with water hazards, a delight for golfers.
