Chiangmai Inthanon Golf
This sprawling, scenic golf resort is 8 km from the Wat Rong Than temple and 11 km from the Wat Phra That Si Chom Thong Worawihan temple.
Featuring colorful wall murals, the relaxed rooms come with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, plus tea and coffeemakers. They have balconies with mountain views.

Gassan Panorama Golf & Resort
Opened initially in November 2006 the Gassan Panorama Golf Club is the third course in the Gassan Group. The course reopened in 2017 as at the same time took on its new name. At 7,761 yards the longest course in the kingdom, its unique distinction comes from all 18 holes designed around the contour of a large lake in Chiang Mai. Add in plenty of waterside bunkers, a backdrop of mountains, lush greenery, and you have a stunning vista to complement the golfing challenge.
There are no par-5 holes instead has a par-6 hole that measures 666 yards from the back tee!

Alpine is living a little on past glories from when they were hosting top tournaments but that was some 5 years ago and still charging as if was still doing so.

A nice course but way overpriced against other equally good courses in Chiangmai province.
More crazy money but I guess these top golfing stars warrant a fair share of the pot that is generated from such events.
And it needs to be remembered that only a few are in the huge money bracket, many of the other tour professionals eek out a living travelling economy and sharing hotel rooms with their peers.
